Every Anther product starts with one question: what does this scalp, hair or skin problem actually need biologically? Not what is trending. Not what looks good on a reel. The actual need, the right active, the right concentration and the right delivery system.

Why Anther Exists

The problem is not lack of products. It is lack of seriousness.

Open any e-commerce page and you will find dozens of products claiming to fix hair fall, dandruff, dullness or scalp issues. Many of them sound different but behave the same: low active percentages, borrowed claims, fragrance-led experience and unclear timelines.

Anther exists to build the opposite. Fewer products. Better reasoning. Clearer claims. Formulas that can be explained without hiding behind marketing poetry.

Hair fall, dandruff, itching and scalp discomfort can have different causes. We start by identifying the mechanism instead of blindly building around the category name.

Ingredients are chosen for mechanism, concentration, compatibility and user experience. If an ingredient is only there for marketing decoration, it does not belong.

Build for Indian use cases

A Note From The Founder

“I did not start Anther to make louder claims. I started it because I wanted cleaner answers.”

Like many people, I started paying attention to hair care only after facing my own hair concerns. What frustrated me was not that products existed. It was that most products made it hard to understand what was actually inside, why it was there and whether the claim made sense.

Anther became my way of building the kind of personal care brand I wanted to see: direct, formulation-first and honest about both strengths and limits.

We are still early. We will make mistakes. But the standard is clear: every product must be useful, explainable and worth the space it takes in someone’s routine.
